1910 British Half Crown Coin Ring - King Edward VII - Purple Amethyst

£195.00

The 1910 British half crown coin is a sterling silver coin depicting a quartered shield, garter and crown with the inscription "FID DEF IND IMP" translating to "Defender of the Faith, Emperor of India" and "HONI SOIT QUI MAL Y PENSE" translating to "shame on he who thinks evil of it". Featuring the royal crown on one side of the ring with the date 1910 split on the opposite side of the ring.

This ring shows the date split by a flush set, round cut, 3mm African amethyst stone in purple, set below centre so it splits the date neatly.

Shown with an antiqued finish so that the polished details really come to life, the inside here have been removed and given a polished finish with a comfort fit.

This ring is sized to a UK S (US size 9) and cannot be resized due to the stone setting. However, we can make a custom ring for you with a stone of your choosing to fit you - use the “contact us” page to enquire about a custom order.

The silver fineness of the original coin is 92.5%, sterling silver.
