1937 British Wreath Crown Coin Ring - King Edward VIII (Narrow Band)
This narrow band ring is made from a sterling silver Wreath Crown coin here in the UK. The band features a floral design or shamrocks, roses and thistles highlighted with a rustic antiquing.
Rather than melting down offcuts or "failed" coin ring projects, some can be saved and find themselves made into beautiful and unique alternatives that are complete one-offs. This particular ring was made from the sterling silver fantasy restrike of a Wreath Crown, some of the design had become damaged at the edge of the coin so cutting a narrow "slice" of the detail gave this ring new life - the wider band traditional style coin ring can be found here.
The ring is a narrow and dainty band, measuring approximately 3mm wide. This ring is sized to a UK P (US size 7.5) and can be resized slightly larger.
The silver fineness of the original coin is 92.5%, sterling silver.
All of our rings come with a lifetime of benefits so you can continue to enjoy your ring for years to come.
