1956 Egyptian Piastres Coin Ring - Evacuation of the British
The Egyptian 50 piastres was minted in 1956 only to commemorate the evacuation of the British from Egypt. The coin is adorned with a set of wings and snakes around a central orb, which wraps itself neatly around the ring when rung.
This ring is designed to be worn rather than as a "one-off" show piece: we have meticulously taken the reeded edge from the coin and reduced the thickness giving the inside a highly polished comfort fit, making the ring much more wearable despite the original coin being large.

We have the 25 piastres in stock with the same design, which is a smaller coin which would make an ideal ring for smaller hands, just send us a message should you have any specific questions.
