These copper cufflinks are made from Belgian cents here in the UK. They show the royal Belgian crown along with the denomination, 50 centimes.
If you look closely, you will see these cufflinks are very subtly mismatched including the same coin type in both the French speaking (Belgique) and Dutch speaking (Belgie).
Antiqued and with the details polished and then finished with a thin coat of clear lacquer to retain the antiqued look over time. These cuff links are domed to give the piece some depth.
